If your order arrives damaged, don’t stress – just email us photos at hello@survivingperi.com.au and we’ll send out a replacement quicker than your next hot flush.

We’re happy to accept returns on unused items (tags and packaging still intact) within 14 days of purchase. Return postage is on you – sadly, we’re not Amazon and we definitely don’t have a shipping fairy.

Want to return something? Send us an email at hello@survivingperi.com.au and we’ll give you the (not-so-secret) return instructions.

Refunds go straight back to your original payment method – no smoke, no mirrors, just the magic of banking tech.

If your item looks like it’s survived a wrestling match or a big night out, sorry – we can’t refund something that’s been used.

And if you’re trying to return after the 14-day window, well… like Cinderella’s pumpkin, that refund ship has sailed.
